Exciting news from Fishers Parks & Recreation…we will be getting a new park, located on the southeast corner or 101st Street and Cyntheanne Road in Geist.
The park is slated to open later this year and includes incredible family-friendly amenities such as a 50-foot sledding hill, trails for mountain biking, walking and hiking as well as a nature plan for children to explore.
Here are some important notes about this fantastic addition to our Fishers parks:
-1 to 1-1/2 miles of progressive dirt mountain bike trails
-1 to 1-1/2 miles of paved walking and hiking trails
-a 50-foot sledding hill
-a fishing pond
-tree houses, with at least one accessible per the Americans with Disabilities Act
-nature play feature, including sticks, rocks and natural elements for children to explore
-picnic shelter and restrooms
-reforestation of the property to enjoy
