October is Here! Fall Fun Awaits!

Autumn in Indiana is truly beautiful. It’s a perfect time of year to take part in fun community events around Hamilton County enjoying orchards, pumpkin patches, ghost walks, Conner Prairie’s Headless Horseman and more!

October 10th, 7PM: Nefarious Noblesville Ghost Walk // Historic Noblesville Square, 839 Conner Street in Noblesville
Reservations are required for this nearly two-hour ghost walk. Meet on the south side of the Court House Square to kick off the tour. Visit the downtown Noblesville places where the ghosts remain. Tickets: $18, adults; $13, children and seniors 65+. Reservations required. Click here for details.

October 9th & 10th: SullivanMunce Cultural Center’s GhostWalk // 225 W. Hawthorne Street in Zionsville
The 13th edition GhostWalk is October 9th and 10th. This 45-minute guided tour walks through downtown Zionsville with ghost story reenactments along the route. Tours leave every 15 minutes. Tickets are $15 for adults; $10 for youth and five and younger are free. (Advanced ticket discount available). Click here for details on walk times.

Stonycreek Farm’s 43rd Annual Pumpkin Harvest Festival // 11366 SR 38 East in Noblesville
Pick pumpkins, enjoy hayrides, delicious Fall food favorites, various vendors, the blacksmith barn, mazes, bounce houses, gourd toss, games for kids and more. Open now through October 31st 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a $5 parking fee. Games and food additional fees. Click here for more information.

Conner Prairie Interactive History Park // 13400 Allisonville Road in Fishers
The Apple Store (open every day but Monday)
Stop in the Apple Store at to enjoy tasty apple treats, jams and jellies, popcorn, donuts, cider slushies, caramel apples and more!

The Headless Horseman (Thursdays though Sundays, from October 9th through the 25th)
Bring the family to “Conner Scairie,” the haunted land where fun-loving ghouls reside. Thursday and Sunday tickets are $10 presale/$12 at the gate; Friday and Saturday tickets are $14 presale/$16 at the gate. Click here for details about Conner Prairie’s fall schedule.

Trader’s Point Creamery Oktoberfest // 9101 Moore Road in Zionsville
Annual Oktoberfest event with over 2,600 acres of green space around Eagle Creek including live music, a German-style biergarten, a Sun King Brewery biergarten, hay rides, wine tastings, pumpkin patch, face painting and pony rides. Russell Farms Pumpkin Patch // 12290 East 191st Street in Noblesville
The farm features the Country Store filled decorations, treats, clothing, warm apple cider and more. Enjoy miniature golf, pedal tractors, old fashioned checkers, lasso a “bull,” race through the corn maze, slide down the 26′ slide, and more! Click here for details on what’s new at Russell Farms.

Spencer Farm // 7177 East 161st Street in Noblesville
Take a hayride to the pumpkin patch, dig some mums (or choose some ready to take home), enjoy caramel apples, apple cider slushies, and find treats at The Sweet Shop! Hayrides are on weekends only. Click here for more information.

Stuckey Farm // 19975 Hamilton Boone Road in Sheridan
Come out to pick apples at the orchard, visit the country store for baked goods and treats, travel through the corn maze, ride pedal carts, the barrel train, slide down the “mountain” and more. The cost is $5/person.

Haunted Houses
