Indy Rama 2017: Downtown.

For two consecutive weekends in June, Indy Rama will give you a glimpse into all that is downtown living. From June 2nd through June 4th and again June 9th through the 11th, Indy Rama features homes in seven downtown Indianapolis neighborhoods.

Seven builders are participating in the featured homes:

STOPS 1 + 2 // Fountain Square: a TKW home featuring a 21st Century Wedge-style building with geometric siding and flooded natural light due to the window placements. Interior finishes like hardwood floors, quartz countertops, luxurious master shower and more.

STOP 3 // Windsor Park: a Compendium Group net-zero ready home in Windsor Park neighborhood featuring white oak flooring, white cabinets, walnut accents, matte black hardware. It’s a three-bedroom, three half-bathroom with an outdoor courtyard area, detached two-car garage and finished basement.

STOP 4 // Chatham Arch: Park 10 by Onyx+East in popular historic Chatham Arch featuring upscale finishes, hardwood floors, tile in bathrooms, quartz or granite, smooth-finish 9-foot ceilings, and private parking. The final phase of Park 10 is under construction and consists of two- and three-bedroom townhomes ranging from $305,000 to $475,000. There are only a few townhomes still available.

STOP 5 // H.E Homes: a twist on the popular “Progression” design featuring a window-wrapped front door and spacious entry, unique stair feature, open kitchen, outdoor living area and attached garage. Hardwood floors, wet bar, outdoor roof deck with downtown skyline view and more.

STOP 6 // Fall Creek Place: this ZMC Urban Homes design features a concept to attention to sight lines for an open, yet private interior living design.

STOP 7 // Historic Herron-Morton: this fresh and modern Onyx + East home is placed within the revitalization of this neighborhood. Upscale finishes including granite/quartz, ten-foot ceilings, wood floors, barn doors, private two-car garage, backyard, basement and unique modern touches throughout.

STOP 8 // St. Joseph: This John Eaton Homes design is inspired by Brooklyn area styles, Rosemary Beach–influenced design to create a unique home design downtown Indy.

The homes are open from 10a to 6p June 2nd through June 4th and June 9th through the 11th. Online tickets are $12. Tickets purchased at each home are $15. Children under 12 are free. Get your online tickets here and save $3.
